NHS Jobs is seeking a Care Navigator / Reception / Administration professional for Monton Medical Centre, Eccles, Manchester. You will deliver confident, professional service to patients, support their care pathway and work within our procedures.

IT and system training are provided, with DBS check and references required. The role covers 8:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with full-time, part-time and permanent options.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operate busy reception desk, answer calls and book appointments.
• Handle patient queries and healthcare provider referrals.
• Support care navigation, be able to multi-task under pressure.
