Monton Medical Centre in Manchester is recruiting for a care navigator, receptionist and admin role on the front desk. The role handles patient and healthcare provider queries by phone, books appointments, manages care navigation, repeat prescriptions and referrals, and inputs data into EMIS Web and DOCMAN10.

It is a permanent post, full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–6:30pm, with flexibility for absences. DBS check required; GP reception or admin experience preferred but not essential.

Qualificações

• Experience of working within a team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience using computers.
• Customer service or patient experience.
• Telephone experience.

Responsabilidades

• Working on a busy reception desk and engaging with patients.
• Answering telephones and booking appointments.
• Dealing with queries from patients and other healthcare providers.
• Care navigation, supporting patients through their pathway of care.
• Handling repeat prescriptions.
• Processing referrals.
• Inputting to clinical systems, including EMIS Web and DOCMAN10.
• Online patient triage.
• Patient registrations and deductions.
• Administrative tasks.
• Attending practice meetings and reception huddles.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.
