Care UK is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Orchard Manor Care Home in Windlesham to drive occupancy, promote the home through community events and PR, and deliver excellent customer service for every enquiry.

You will build relationships with local stakeholders, report on performance, and collaborate with the Home Manager to maximise revenue while upholding the company’s Caring, Passionate, and Teamwork values.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee.
• Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships, and PR.
• Communicate accurate information about facilities, services, and prices.
• Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and Head of Departments.
• Complete all reports accurately and on time.
• Available for evening and weekend meetings and events as required.
