Care Concern Group is seeking a passionate Quality Manager to lead quality improvements across 15 care homes in Scotland. You will implement and manage quality and performance frameworks, drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with CI regulations and standards.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a salary of £63,000 per annum, plus pension, generous holiday allowance, laptop and mobile phone.
