Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a passionate Quality Manager in Fife, Scotland to lead quality improvements across 15 care homes. You will implement quality frameworks, drive continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and standards.

The role offers £63,000 per annum plus pension, generous holiday allowance, and a laptop & mobile phone. You will work with management teams and external stakeholders to sustain outstanding care across the group.

Qualifications

• Lead the quality strategy framework and assurance meetings.
• Advise management to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Develop quality assurance systems and regular reviews.
• Deliver development sessions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date policies reflecting legislation and best practice.
• Lead audits and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Promote continuous improvement across the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality strategy framework, management teams and follow up assurance meetings.
• Provide advice and guidance to assist management teams to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on development of quality assurance systems and processes with regular reviews.
• Deliver development sessions to support improvements for people.
• Ensure policies reflect current legislation and best practice.
• Develop audit and self-assessment tools for service assessments.
• Conduct audits and prepare written reports with recommendations to improve safety and quality.
• Guide management teams to meet service aims and objectives.
• Conduct progress reviews and escalate concerns to senior management.
• Maintain knowledge of nationally recognised guidance and standards.
• Lead collaborations on project launches across the group to foster continuous improvement.
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and sharing lessons learned.
• Embed and promote company values in all quality activities.
