Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy framework and induction for teams
• Provide advice and guidance to achieve regulatory compliance
• Develop and review quality assurance systems and processes
• Deliver development sessions to improve outcomes for residents
• Maintain up-to-date policies reflecting legislation and best practice
• Develop audit and self-assessment tools for legislative compliance
• Conduct audits and prepare reports with recommendations to improve safety and quality
• Guide management teams to meet service aims and objectives
• Schedule progress reviews and provide assurances on improvements
• Maintain knowledge of national guidance and introduce new practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote company values in quality activities
