Holmes Care Group LTD is seeking a Service Manager to lead a nursing home team and deliver outstanding, person-centred care for residents and families in Scotland. You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the home while ensuring a safe, compliant and supportive environment.

The role requires dynamic leadership, resilience and the ability to develop staff to maintain the highest standards of care and quality of life for residents in a warm, homely setting.
