Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a passionate Quality Manager to lead quality improvements across 15 care homes in Scotland. The role focuses on implementing QA frameworks, ensuring CI, and maintaining CI regulations and standards to deliver outstanding care.

Salary is £63,000 per year with a Pension, generous holiday allowance, laptop and mobile phone provided. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a family-owned group committed to excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead quality and performance frameworks across 15 care homes.
• Ensure compliance with Care Quality Inspectorate (CI) regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement audit and QA processes.
• Drive data-led improvements and best practice across services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction to the Quality Strategy Framework and chair follow-up meetings.
• Provide guidance to management to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Develop QA systems and perform regular reviews for effectiveness.
• Deliver development sessions to improve resident outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date policies reflecting legislation and best practice.
• Create audit and self-assessment tools aligned with legislation.
• Conduct audits and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Guide management to meet aims of each service.
• Run progress reviews and escalate issues to senior management.
• Keep knowledge of national guidance; introduce new practices.
• Lead projects to promote continuous improvement across the group.
• Embed and promote company values in all quality activities.
