Leaders in Care is exclusively recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing care home provider, overseeing a portfolio of 7 homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Home Operations Manager, Regional Manager or senior operational leader who enjoys being close to their Registered Managers, improving quality and building strong, stable teams.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong clinical background within older people’s care, nursing homes, complex care or neurological care. Nurse qualification would be highly advantageous.
As Operations Manager, you will take operational responsibility for a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Registered Managers to improve quality, governance, leadership and commercial performance.
This is not a role where you will simply step into homes and operate as a de facto Registered Manager.
The focus is on creating strong, accountable Registered Managers who feel properly supported, supervised and challenged to deliver excellent outcomes.
We are particularly looking for someone based in the West Midlands who is comfortable travelling regularly between services.
The role will typically involve approximately 3–4 days per week across the homes, with protected time to work from home.
There is a genuine opportunity here to make your mark.
The organisation wants its Registered Managers to feel supported and empowered while also having clear accountability around quality, governance, people and commercial performance.
You’ll have the autonomy to get back to the fundamentals of good care home operations, strengthen the management structure and help create a consistent operating model as the organisation continues to grow.
