Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will lead Home Managers and their teams to deliver resident-focused results while achieving financial and business objectives.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, coaching managers, analysing performance data, and building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or senior leadership role within the care home sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving performance.
• Inspirational leader with excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• NMC registration desirable but not essential.

Location: Suffolk

Due to company expansion, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance are consistently achieved.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to Home Managers and their teams, driving quality outcomes for residents while delivering financial and business objectives. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operational oversight, people management, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
