Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes in the West Midlands, including Walsall. You will lead Registered Managers, drive quality, governance and commercial performance, and partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards.

This role is based on site with travel between services; a strong clinical background in older people’s care and experience across multiple homes is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience within the care home sector.
• Experience overseeing multiple care homes or nursing homes.
• Clinical operations experience within older people’s care; nursing qualification a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• As Operations Manager, take operational responsibility for a portfolio of care homes, improving quality, governance, leadership and commercial performance.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to Home Managers to drive consistency and high performance.
• Prepare and guide Registered Managers, ensuring governance, inspections and KPI delivery are consistently strong.
