Leaders in Care is seeking an Operations Manager who will work closely with Home Managers and the regional team, combining operational oversight with hands-on leadership to strengthen capability across multiple care homes.

The role offers £400–£500 per day with expenses covered and focuses on person-centred care, quality governance, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in adult social care in multi-site or senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections and governance.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and driving performance across services.
