We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a large residential care service in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality care and investing in the success of its managers.

The Role

As Care Home Manager you’ll take overall responsibility for the running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of person‑centred care while maintaining financial performance and compliance. Your leadership will set the tone for the home, creating a positive culture and empowering your team to thrive.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensuring high‑quality person‑centred care in line with residents’ needs and care plans.
  • Leading, supporting and developing the staff team.
  • Managing budgets, resources and occupancy to ensure long‑term sustainability.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, Health & Safety and all relevant regulations.
  • Building positive relationships with families, staff, regulators and the local community.
  • Promoting the home effectively through engagement and local outreach.
About You
