South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing is seeking a Home Administrator for Eastridge Manor, Bolney, near Haywards Heath. You will support the Home Manager with day-to-day administration to ensure smooth running of the home.

The role covers emails/phone calls, admissions and occupancy records, resident accounts, payroll/HR data, rota management and attendance tracking. 40 hours per week with a salary of £29,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration in a busy environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritise competing tasks.
• Experience with payroll/accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Home Manager and team.
• Handle email and postal correspondence and telephone enquiries.
• Maintain admissions and occupancy records and resident accounts.
• Monitor payroll/HR data and timekeeping for staff.</br>Process new starters, changes and leavers as required.
• Organise rotas and manage time and attendance systems.
