South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking a Home Administrator for our dual registered care home, Eastridge Manor, Bolney, near Haywards Heath. This 40 hours per week role supports the Home Manager and keeps essential admin running to deliver high quality care.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience in busy environments, strong communication skills, and familiarity with payroll, accounts and rota management.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an administration role in a busy environment and ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the home to enable high quality care.
• Handle email and postal correspondence, telephone enquiries, admissions and occupancy records, and monitor resident accounts and financial tasks.
• Manage rota administration and time/attendance systems and ensure payroll/HR information is processed accurately for payment.
