Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Domestic Assistant at Eastridge Manor, Bolney. You will keep the home clean and safe, delivering a superior service to residents. Hours include 14 hours with a 40-hour rota, and shifts Thursday to Saturday as described.

An opportunity has arisen within the South Coast Nursing Homes group for a Domestic Assistant at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

14 hrs - can be flexible on start and end times

Week 1: Thursday & Friday

Week 2: Friday & Saturday

40 hrs: Rota TBC

The purpose of this role is to keep the home clean and safe, providing a superior
service to our residents

• To provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the
  home at all times.
• To clean residents’ rooms thoroughly each day after nursing staff have
  completed their patient care. To check flowers and plants and
  water/dispose of as necessary.
• To clean communal area’s including mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Ensuring the home is safe eg, removing clutter, keeping storage area’s tidy
• Shampoo carpets as and when needed.
