Job summary

Agincare Sedgemoor Care Home is seeking an organised Administrator to help run the home smoothly. You’ll handle calls, bookings, and communications with residents, families and staff, ensuring records are up to date and audits are supported.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, and a Refer a friend scheme. There are two vacancies: 16 hours and 24 hours per week, with a right-to-work in the UK minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• Admin experience, ideally in health or social care.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Availability to work 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and warmly welcome visitors
• Maintain diaries and schedule appointments
• Communicate with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals
• Keep files up to date and support audits
• Attend meetings and take minutes to support team development
