Aufgaben

• Support Care Group Management by inputting and extracting data for dashboards, reports and updates relating to the 18 week RTT.
• Monitor the Care Group wait lists daily.
• Monitor booking rules for outpatient sessions and ensure optimal utilisation of capacity.
• Monitor the DM01 for Endoscopy.
• Liaise with the access team to support and manage patient pathways within agreed waiting times; interpret the PTL and identify data quality issues.
• Interpret the PTL and identify capacity issues.
• Support Care Group Management by liaising with clinicians to develop actions to address 18 week RTT risks.
