• Lead operational performance across the Care Group to meet quality, activity, performance and financial targets.
• Manage day-to-day service operations, resolve issues quickly and support clinicians and senior leaders.
• Monitor and analyse performance data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities, implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Matrons, Clinical Directors, Finance, HR and Performance teams to develop services and improve patient outcomes.
• Support financial management including budget monitoring, cost improvement programmes and business case development.
• Lead and support projects and service improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.
• Ensure governance and compliance including audits, policy development and performance management processes.
• Develop staff, oversee recruitment, attendance management, appraisals, training and support high-performing administrative teams.
• Represent the Care Group at meetings and build relationships with stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
