GoodOaks in Milton Keynes is seeking a Care Coordinator to schedule client visits and coordinate the care team, ensuring timely responses and high-quality support.

You will produce weekly rotas, cover occasional evenings and weekends, manage staff absence, and contribute to training while maintaining strong communication with clients and families.

This role offers on-going development and on-call duties with additional pay, and a supportive management team committed to excellent home care.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with care scheduling or coordinating teams.
• IT-literate and able to use scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Produce weekly rotas and manage care scheduling.
• Attend regular care visits and cover evenings/weekends as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and allocate calls efficiently.
• Manage staff absence and adjust plans accordingly.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain reliable service across Milton Keynes.
