GoodOaks in Aylesbury is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our expanding team. You will produce weekly rotas and schedule care calls to ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality care while maintaining open communication with staff, clients, and families.

You may cover care calls evenings and weekends as needed. The role offers training, development, and opportunity for growth within our award-winning home care service.

Qualifications

• Organised and efficient coordinator with a people-focused approach.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and staff.
• IT confident for scheduling, contacts and planning.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and ability to maintain team morale.

Responsabilités

• Produce weekly rotas and care scheduling.
• Undertake regular care visits including evenings/weekends when needed.
• Daily troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage staff absence, allocate calls and cancel care as required.
• Assist in training and induction of new team members.
• Support continuous and reliable service delivery.
