Call-In Homecare Ltd. in Scotland is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator for Dundee and Perth services. You will manage care packages, schedule visits and rosters, and liaise with local authorities to ensure high-quality home care delivery.

The ideal candidate has prior Care Coordinator experience or strong leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration and excellent communication. The role includes an on-call element with additional pay and a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with focus on positive outcomes for colleagues and service users.
• Ability to manage and schedule care packages and rosters.
• Willingness to work on-call rotations and handle out-of-hours duties.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with referrals team to match new packages of care.
• Set up service user packages on rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule care visits and staff working rotas.
• Communicate with frontline staff about service delivery.
• Participate in branch out-of-hours on-call.
