Call-In Homecare Ltd. is recruiting a Homecare Coordinator for Dundee and Perth services. You will manage care packages, roster schedules and on-call duties, ensuring quality outcomes for clients and staff. We value strong communication and local knowledge of Perth and Dundee.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Coordinator preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain a dynamic and high-quality care service.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authority referrals to match new care packages.
• Set up service users' packages on rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule service visits and homecare working rotas.
• Communicate with frontline staff regarding service delivery.
• Participate in the branch out-of-hours on-call.
• Report to the Service Manager and colleagues.
