Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator to connect carers with clients, organise care schedules, and support new packages. You will communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care across services.

With 40 years in the sector and over 5,500 colleagues nationwide, Agincare offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, mileage allowance and a refer-a-friend bonus, plus a company pension and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Organised, people-focused with calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment.
• 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK; valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Keep rotas running smoothly and ensure continuity of care.

• Record staff availability, absences and emergency calls.
• Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends when required.
