Job summary

Agincare Group in Ferndown is seeking a Care Coordinator to match carers with clients and organise care schedules, ensuring continuity of care across packages. You will support setup of new care plans, manage rotas, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.

The role requires driving, a full UK licence, and a commitment to on-call coverage evenings and weekends. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
