Job summary

Agincare Group in Bridport is seeking a proactive Care Coordinator to connect carers with clients and coordinate care schedules. You will help set up new care packages, keep rotas running smoothly, and communicate with families and health professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy environment. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with at least 12 months remaining on your right to
