Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Care Coordinator to match carers with clients, organise care schedules, support new care packages, and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

You will keep rotas running smoothly, communicate with families and healthcare professionals, record staff availability and absences, and provide on-call support during evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
