Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Care Coordinator to connect carers with clients and organise care schedules. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with on-call support in the evenings and at weekends.

You will manage care packages, coordinate rotas, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals while supporting quality, compliant care across multiple locations.

Who you are:

Organised, people-focused, and able to keep things running smoothly

Strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment

At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
