Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator for Whitley Court in the UK. You will coordinate care services, match carers with clients, and support new care packages while planning rotas to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires strong organisational skills and a driving licence, with on-call duties as needed. The company offers £27,000 annual salary, refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000, funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• At least 1 year administrative experience; experience in Care desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided).
