Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care and companionship. You will contribute to their independence while ensuring dignity and warmth in every visit.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a welcome bonus and mileage paid. A full UK driving license and weekend flexibility are preferred.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
