Job summary

Agincare is hiring Home Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care across the UK. No prior experience is required as full, funded training is offered, with earnings up to £14 per hour and mileage paid at 32p per mile. Flexible contracts and a strong training pathway support career development.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and be available for alternating weekends. We offer a company pension, on-demand pay, and a commitment to safeguarding and equality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routines and personal care for clients.
• Share a cup of tea and a good chat with clients to provide companionship.
• Be the friendly face that brightens a client’s morning and helps with everyday tasks.
• Support clients with mobility, meal prep, and daily activities as needed.
