Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on care level and proximity, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely visits.

The role requires experience in domiciliary care, strong organisational skills, and knowledge of rota systems; driving is required. You will contribute to our mission to empower people to live independently at home.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a senior for a domiciliary care agency
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance
• Experience in care assessments and care reviews; ability to motivate staff
• Driver with access to a vehicle
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 (not essential)

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
