Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator in Bournemouth to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on needs and proximity, coordinate schedules, and support a smooth operation under the Registered Manager.

The role requires prior domiciliary care experience, scheduling knowledge, and compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines, with a driver license and vehicle access preferred. The company provides training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as a senior for a domiciliary care agency
• Scheduling and rota system knowledge
• CQC/CIW/CI guidance knowledge
• Experience in care assessments and reviews
• Organised, methodical, detail-oriented
• Driver with access to a vehicle
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred (not essential)

Care Coordinator

Registered Manager

Contract Type:

Permanent, Full Time, 37.5hrs per week

Salary:

£26,993 per annum

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
