Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for someone to join our team as aCare Coordinator &Schedulerto provide efficient scheduling with the coordination and support of care delivery, ensuring continuity, quality, and compassion for both our clients and our Care Professionals.
This role will be carried out on afull timebasis at ourCQC OutstandingChelford officenear Macclesfield/Alderley Edge, workingMonday-Friday 9am - 5pmwith additional out of hours working as part of anon-call rota.
We are offering a salary of£28,000-£30,000.In addition, on-call duties are paid at £350 per week (for a full week) and you will be part of the monthly bonus scheme.
