The role – Mental Health Coordinator
As Mental Health Coordinator you will focus on promoting recovery by providing thorough assessments and a suite of support. You are proactive with assessing referrals into and out of the service and can provide intensive mental health support. You are eager to develop your knowledge of local resources available to the residents. You can positively create mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities, other health and advice centres and voluntary and community organisations. What you’ll do
This is a rewarding position – responsible for building relationships and trust with the people we support who have mental health support needs. Our service users are very independent, and your duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. At a glance you will:
You’ll do 5 shifts a week (37 hours) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility expected to accommodate the needs of the service users on your caseload.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for a committed and motivated staff member to work across our care and support services in North London and Watford areas, to deliver support to service users with mental health support needs.
