Job summary

Derby/Nottingham Care Company seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth by building relationships with Local Authorities, ICB commissioners, housing partners and care boards. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate referrals, maintain pipeline data and KPIs, and collaborate with operations, quality and finance teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Care sector experience required
• Experience in business development or customer relations
• Proven business development and lead generation experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with local authorities

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authority and ICB commissioners, housing partners, case managers and other key stakeholders
• Generate referral pipelines
• Maintain clear pipeline information and report progress against KPIs
• Work with operations, quality and finance teams
• Manage relationships and performance against targets
• Support tender and proposal opportunities
