Shift Details: 21.15 p.m. to 7.15 a.m.
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. The role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
