Job summary

Hales Homecare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Wickford to support individuals to live independently at home. You’ll make a real difference through compassionate care, with full training provided by our Internal Training Team. Roles cover early and late shifts; driving is required for travel between local areas.

Home Care Assistant – Based in Wickford

Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour

Hours: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm. Areas Covered: Wickford, Southend and surrounding areas

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
