Home Care Assistant – Based in Letchworth

Pay Rate: £13.64 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile.

Hours: 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm. Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri.

Areas Covered: Stevenage, Letchworth.

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting medication and meal preparation
• Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Key Requirements

• Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support
• A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
