Hales Homecare in Doncaster is looking for Home Care Assistants to help people live independently at home. No experience needed; full paid training and induction will ensure confidence in the role.

You will visit clients, assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and support with meal prep and meds. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Doncaster to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting medication and meal preparation
• Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
• Providing companionship and emotional support

• A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
