Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking a Care Assistant to join the team in the UK. This role involves providing companionship, personal care and daily support within the home, with responsibilities including medication prompts, meal preparation and mobility assistance.

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and be available for 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Experience in care is essential.

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care - supporting with a wash, bath or shower and dressing and oral care
• Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
• Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
