Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months experience in care or relevant field.

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
Must have experience
Must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required, as this is a bank role
Day shifts available
Must be able to drive or live close to the home

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
Personal care - supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
