Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited (ICCM) in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate driver to support a spinal injury client at home. You will assist with mobility, personal and social care, and help them enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events.

The role requires good communication and the ability to work independently. Shifts run 8am–8pm days and 8pm–8am nights on a rolling rota, with pay £13.00 to £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Social care experience is preferred.
• Experience with adults with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients who have difficulties or need additional support.
• The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and social care to the client with a spinal injury at home.

This role is supporting our client with a spinal injury in their own home to help mobilise around the property, provide personal and social care, help support to enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events, they enjoy a variety of interests and the right person will provide care, empathy and companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Social Care Preferred.
• Experience of working with adults with disabilities preferred.
Experience dealing with client who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work indepedently.
