Independent Community Care Management Limited (ICCM) is seeking a care worker to support a client with a spinal injury at home, providing personal care, companionship and social involvement. Location: Burleydam, needs a driver due to remote location

Pay Rate: £13.00 to £13.50 hour

Shifts Available: 8am to 8pm days and 8pm to 8am nights awake, rolling rota

Job Description

This role is supporting our client with a spinal injury in their own home to help mobilise around the property, provide personal and social care, help support to enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events, they enjoy a variety of interests and the right person will provide care, empathy and companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Social Care Preferred.
• Experience of working with adults with disabilities preferred.
Experience dealing with client who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work indepedently.
