Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated care worker to support a client with a spinal injury at home, assisting mobility and providing personal and social care. You will help the client enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events, delivering empathetic companionship and practical support.

The role offers a rolling rota with 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm days and 8pm–8am nights). Competitive pay of £13.00–£13.50 per hour and benefits including paid leave and pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social care preferred.
• Experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Experience dealing with clients who have communication difficulties or need additional support preferred.
• This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support client with a spinal injury at home, assisting mobility around the property.
• Provide personal and social care and help participate in outdoor activities and social events.
