Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Care Assistant for Netley Court, a 65-bed home near Southampton. You will join a close-knit team, supporting residential and dementia residents with a passion for high-quality care. A comprehensive induction, mentorship, and ongoing training are provided.

The role includes night shifts, 48 hours per week, with alternate weekends, and benefits such as paid breaks, pension, and staff recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must be physically and medically able to perform duties.
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong teamwork, motivation and adaptability.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents. Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.

We are looking to recruit experienced carers, ideally with an NVQ qualification and with the desire to further their career within our home. We offer a comprehensive induction, mentorship, support and training and encourage career development.
