Job summary

The Cinnamon Care Collection is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at Rokewood Court, a luxury 64-bed care home. You will supervise care team members, oversee dementia and residential residents, and ensure high-quality care during the night.

Candidates should hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), have knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, and experience in medication administration. Two years’ experience with older people and dementia is preferred; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care is required.
• Knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards.
• Experience supervising care assistants and supporting night shifts.
• Experience with medication administration.

Rokewood Court is a luxury 64 bedded care home that provides the most luxurious surroundings and the very best in care and support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Senior Carer to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.

Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.

We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Carers who hold a NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and have a sound knowledge of care legislation including CQC Fundamental Standards. You will have supervisory experience, Medication administration experience (& relevant qualification) as well as being a supportive mentor to the care assistants.
