Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking enthusiastic care assistants for Eden Court, a deluxe retirement village in Battersea SW11. You will join a close-knit team caring for residential, dementia and nursing residents, with a 42-hour week and alternate weekend shifts.

NVQ level 2 preferred, with a comprehensive induction, mentorship and training. We value passion for care, independence and person-centered support, plus benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications; willingness to attend further training.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of the care team.
• Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents.
• Support daily living activities and document care as required.

Eden Court is a deluxe Retirement Village, located in Battersea SW11, boasting 28 luxury independent apartments and a 71 bedded nursing, residential and dementia care home.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.

Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.
