The Cinnamon Care Collection is opening Thurnby Fields in Leicester, a luxurious residential and dementia care home. We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Care Assistants for day shifts with full-time hours and alternate weekend work.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred; induction, mentorship, and training provided. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid breaks, uniforms, staff meals, pension, EAP, and various staff recognition schemes.

Thurnby Fieldsis a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Leicester, offering state-of-the-art facilities, which include 73 large en-suite bedroomsand 10luxury care suites. The home also features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.

Person Specification

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend
