Earlsfield Court, a luxury 72 bed care home within Cinnamon Care Collection, is seeking a Care Assistant to join our care team and support residents with warmth and professionalism.

You will look after our residential and dementia residents and contribute to a close‑knit team that promotes choice, individuality and independence in all care tasks.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications.
• Passion for care and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Comprehensive induction, mentorship, support and training to encourage career development.
